1957-1970

Portraits, carvings, china paintings. First to make and sell Tiffany type lamps again on a national basis, restarting the fad.

Was K.C. Kraft Lighting before incorporating as Kent Industries.

1971-1974

Full time artist and sculptor, published a glass handbook, made windows.  

Invited and set up at the 1973 Edom Art festival. Below, some of what I set up with.

Stained glass, mostly Church windows made between 2000 and 2004.

1974-2005
Made decorative glass panels on a national basis for homes, churches, Ruby Tuesday restaurants, door companies and antique shops, etc., ultimately making 14 acres, more than anyone.

Recognized for my bird and flower windows, a strong visual style defined by an oval in the middle containing various nature themes.

1980--Made and donated the Chapel windows for the new UT Tyler Health Center.

2006-Shut down the glass and decided to concentrate on pictures. Before midnight had developed the “Contraire” way of painting. Everything just jelled. I thought, “this can’t be right…maybe it’s just a freak of nature. I’ve got to do some more to see if it’s possible.” Did the 3rd or 4th one … and then…just couldn’t stop. What a thrill.
